- How does CentraBills work?

Most online services worth their salt allow you to enter a specific email address to send billing invoices to. When you sign up to CentraBills we give you a unique email address to use instead. This email address is unique to you and your account. When we receive an email to this address we process the invoice and store it in your account.
- What if my service doesn't allow a specific billing email?

In this case you can always forward the email to your unique CentraBills email address. We will process the email and store the invoice in your account.
- What if accounts still need to receive the original email?

With CentraBills you can set forwarding rules so emails received will be forwarded to your accounts department as well as being processed by CentraBills.
- Is CentraBills secure?

Without question. We use AES-256 encryption to store encrypted values in our database which are signed using a message authentication code (MAC) so that their underlying value cannot be modified or tampered with once encrypted. Unique email addresses services are provided by Amazon SES using TLS policies. Email attachments are stored securely in an industry standard Amazon S3 bucket with encryption enabled and all public access blocked.
- Does CentraBills use AI?

Optionally, yes. We use AI to process invoices and provide summaries of your expenses. This feature can be disabled for businesses who wish for their data not to be aggregated to AI services and can be turned off in your account settings.
